Im thinking of lowering the accord and i was Just wondering how much of a job is it to change your springs yourself and how long it would take all help appreciated guys

If your good with spanners each corner can be done witin an hour. If you have air tools even quicker.
You will have issues maybe on bolts seizing on bushes. Once the shock are out you need spring compressors and remove springs and then install the new ones. Once done reassemble and have the car tracked

Keep in mind, shorter springs will wear out your OEM shocks. I wouldn't recommend fitting lowering springs if your car is high mileage or has tired shocks.

So would i be better replacing the shockers as well? Its done 115000
I agree it will shorten the life of the shocks but if you don't mind doing the job again just go with original shocks.

As above :).
