It might be worthwhile pulling out your injectors and getting them ultrasonically cleaned and checked.
A leaky one could be dumping in extra fuel that the sensor doesn't like.

Mike did you replace both sensors at the same time?

I got my O2 sensors from Andy and have not hada problem. But i got both mine done at the same time. Just an idea.

No I did the primary first and then the secondary played up 2 weeks later.

I know you know now, but they should always be replaced as a pair.
