Its been a question ive ask a fee people i know and nobody has given me a defo answer, if it has is it an easy job to do been looking at a few guides on here but cant make things out?

Yes it has an EGR, and the valve itself takes about 5-10mins - just a bit awkward to get to the nuts. The EGR ports are a bit more involved, I've not done them yet but a guide is floating about somewhere.

Here is the location (ignore the VSS pointer)

You'll probably need a wobble extension or a 1/4" socket 12mm(?) as the clearance between EGR body and a nut is limited that's why it might take 10mins to undo them ;)

as andy has shown ya mate, i got mine off with a short 10 or 12mm cant remember which and a long extension ;)

Anyone point me in the right direction to the guide for the 1.8 guys? :p
