Hi, probably silly question, but just wanna be sure it's ok to leave car for few weeks with disconnected battery. I'm going to leave can in airport car park for two weeks and because something is draining battery, I'm going to disconnect negative lead when I leave car there. Surely it should be fine when I get back?

Yes should be fine, just be aware that you will need to lock each door as the central locking won't work

Lift the bonnet, then use the key-fob to lock all the doors, but the alarm won't set with the bonnet up (no simple way around this if you want to disconnect the battery). Then disconnect the negative lead, then drop the bonnet. You can leave it like that for weeks/months/years..
