Hi people,

Wondered if anyone knew how to remove the radio cassette from my 2000 Vtec SE......I have no removal tools (if thats what you need!?!)......any ideas would be gratefully recieved !

From memory if you are removing the oe stereo removal keys are not needed as the stereo is secured with 4 screws, hence the need to remove the trim as shown in the pics in Pedro's post

Ahh fair play. Mine came with a loosely fitted civic tape deck lol.
 
If it is similar to the coupe, the clock levered out, some screws at the bottom of the middle fascia, the whole thing popped out.

Then there were 4 bolts keeping the tape deck in.

Most overengineered audio installation I've ever seen! :lol:

Hopefully the rest of the car is the same!

very nice :) Pedro, good bit of help!

tho it is funny looking at the dash of a left hand drive lol coz most of will have a right hand drive i image :D
