Windows Sticking

My front drivers window has just started to stick a little when it goes down.

Is there any easy fix? Seem to remember my dad's old W reg Accord doing the same.

Don't inhale the spray when you use it - it's really bad for you.

Thanks folks - have the same problem with my 05 Accord - was starting to get worried about the squealing noises - those PDFs are very detailed - but ***umes some knowledge of screwdriver and things like that - not as easy as writing couple of shell scripts - but guess I will have to give it a go....
