Hi!
The pinout that you got is the same as the one I got, after testing it with a multimeter. I also tested the k-line against pin A-21 in the ECU, and the result was the same
1 - Ground
2 - Battery Voltage
3 - ???
4 - ???
5 - K-line
From the OBDII specifications, this is the correct pin-out used by ISO 9141-2(front part of the connector in the car):
4 - Chassis Ground
5 - Signal Ground
7 - K-line
15 - L-line(optional)
16 - Battery Voltage
I have made manual connections from the 5 pin socket directly to the OBD reader using some "alligator clip wires" with no luck. I tried several groud "combinations", trying several "logic" grounds directly from the ECU with no luck.
In the repair manual, I found this diagrams, which are quite hard to understand. The first one, a Data Link Connection, plug C313, which is the OBD socket, is connected to ECU at the pin A-21(kline). Then there is L and N, which is connected the passenger under dash fuse box. I have no idea what N is. L seems to be some kind of ground.
Then there is these socket diagrams(seen from the wire side, back of the sockets, so everything is reversed)
From the pinouts and wire colors I got to this conclusion
Pin 15 of the OBD(wire side) is k-line -> ECU A-21
Pin 8 of the OBD(wire side) is Battery Voltage(WHT/GRN) -> the N from above -> connected to pin 15 of socket 303 of passenger's underdash fuse box
Pin 13 of the OBD(wire side) -> connected to pin 14 of socket 304 -> L from above -> not sure about this one, but according to OBD specifications, it should be Signal Ground.
Pin 12 of the OBD(wire side) -> Should be chassis ground
Pin 6 of the OBD(wire side) (LT BLU) I have no idea what this is, but it should not be needed.
I haven't connected pin 8 and 13 directly to the passenger underdash, I don't even know if I have those sockets. I might give it a try...
This wirings are found at the repair manual, it starts at 11-B-8 of the Accord 4/5 Door Supplement 00. An easy way to get there is to start at Accord 4/5 Door Supplement 00 -> Fuel and Emissions -> F18B2/../../ -> ECM/PCM Circuit Diagram
I hope you can reach some better results than me
