Tyres are an endless source of debate but FWIW I'm running Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymetric 2, about £100 a corner from black circles. Great balance of noise, comfort, grip and particularly impressive in the wet, wearing well too.

It's the whole kit and kaboolde. On the Sat Nav version it controls the AC as well etc...I'm not even sure it is possible to retro-fit, not without very deep pockets and taking half your car apart. The Sat Nav is no great shakes either, just not worth it.

I've looked in the manual but I can't find the fuse location for the accessory socket in the boot of my tourer. Mine isn't working and the fuse is my first port of call. Anyone know?

In a word, yes. low to mid 20s. Even if you drive like a granny (you can be in sixth by 30 mph and get high 20s, low 30s even around town) the car won't have warmed up over three miles. But remember you pay a significant premium for a diesel Accord so unless you're doing 12k miles plus a year...
