i had a cw2 EX 2.4 manual, sold it in june. i have only ever seen the 2.4 engine in EX trim but according to honestjohn they did a typeS which will have the bumper trim. ( not sure how true that it though)

No more than 5mm on standard studs.
As for bolt on spacers 15mm is the thinnest providing your wheels back faces have clearance for the oem studs. Then obviously making sure they dont stick out the arches.

I did think about the damping adjustable tein street advance Z that come with 9/4 spring rates, but id imagine the rear to be too soft for how low i want to run the car and i like my wheels fitting flush too. Unless a custom higher rear rate can...
I found out the KW spring rates are anout 9kg/mm front and 4kg/mm with fixed dampening i would say the rear rate is a bit soft for what i want.
Not found any rate info on the H&R, i might go for BC again and opt for an 8k/6k spring setup
