I've got a rear diffuser that will only fit the pre facelift rear bumper for the Accord CL7. My car is a facelift version (06). Will a pre-facelift rear bumper fit my car?

Old thread but I'm having the same issues. I've changed O rings already but no luck. There's some oil residue caked around the pump itself, so not sure if the pump is the issue or somewhere in the circuit.
