If passenger mirror or window are not reacting to command (for windows either from drivers or passenger switch) it is clear sign of passenger switch module. What is unclear to me is how the boot button or sunroof is related to passenger module? I couldn't find explanation on this forum. Sunroof...

Update on this topic: It turns out that additional 2 pin connector is for mirror folding (on the picture bellow). I was looking at the wrong wires entire time. Checked the wiring and changed the electric motor. Now mirror is folding as it should.
