Hello! Was driving normally when suddenly the car decided to turn into Blackpool illuminations - EML on, VSA light on, car immediately goes into limp home mode (not above 20mph), sounded a bit funny as well. Got home, and restarted the car, EML on from the start, no funny noises, no VSA light...

just realised it's a chain drive, so doesn't need it :D

Hello! I still have the Accord (for another couple of weeks) I've noticed there has been a 'damp' patch under the car a few times on the drivers side over the last couple of months - forgot about it until today when I noticed it again Is this the A/C drain or have I got a leak??

Now I'd agree that the newer PD engines are quieter, particularly when cold. Mate has an A4 2.0 PD and it doesn't make hardly a sound in the cabin. My old Audi 80 with the original B4 TDI, now that was noise (but a cracking engine!)
