Well job was not to bad,rear bumper was easy to come off. Job was a lot easier than instructions would have you belive. Will try and get some pics up tomorrow as it still sitting on 16in rims! Advice and tips picked up here much appreciated,and really helpful.

well managed to get front a-spec spoiler on today, following 'ukaccords' instructions. what i done different was jacked front of car up, which helped for space underneath as car was lowered last saturday this allowed easier accsess to bolts underneath and i also removed grill to get at screw...
