Which Bulb type - Front position light (passenger side)

The side light is the upper most bulb, nearest the front wing, when you look through the arch it will be more obvious. Regarding replacements, the type you have probably depends on the age of car and if you have Xenon headlights. Just buy a pair of LED bulbs or new 501 standard bulbs and...

Which Bulb type - Front position light (passenger side)

I did this at the weekend as one of my LED's was acting up. The bulb is a 501. Realistically, unless you have tiny hands and a lot of patience, you need to go through the wheel arch. This is not as scary as it sounds, it only takes 5 mins a side. Just make sure you buy some replacement clips...

7th Gen - What have you done today?

A bit late, but last weekend i attacked my headlights with a 3M Restoration kit. I found the my lights were spectacularly ineffective on my newly extended commute and the hazy yellowing was pretty bad. It had been on my list for ages and finally felt i should get round to it. Annoyingly i don't...

    How many Type S tourers

04 Type S Tourer here, I have had it about 4 years. Never seen another on the road apart from at a TA meet. I see saloons occasionally but I guess the Tourer was more popular in the Exec trim.

    2.0 or 2.4

The 2.4 is a no-brainer if you can find one for sale. The fuel costs are really not that bad. I get around 320 miles per tank in 80% town driving. On a motorway run to Scotland I got 420 miles with the cruise control set to 80 the whole way. It's a great engine.

    L.E.D. Sidelights

I fitted these ages ago, still going strong. http://www.horizonleds.co.uk/T10-501-W5W-smd-led?product_id=161 They are a total ***** to fit though, go to your local dealer and buy some of the plastic studs that hold the wheel arch lining in place, you need to peel this back to change the bulb...

    Good tyres

I had Avons at one stage but found the side walls way too soft so they always looked like they were low. Been running Falken 914's and they are pretty good, not fantastic but do the job.

    HGV killed my Accord

That sucks, but like you say the most important thing is it kept you safe. Being hit by and HGV at any speed is no joke. Hope you can get a nice replacement when the time comes.

    3 click indicator

My Wife has a Mondeo and the heated screen is awesome, although I find the blower on the Accord clears ice pretty quickly when I am too lazy to scrape it.

    3 click indicator

I think in some countries, such as France and Germany, it's considered good form (if not a legal requirement) to leave your indicator on for the duration of your overtaking manoeuvre. Of course that would never work over here as drivers have a pathological fear of keeping left on the motorway so...

    Condensation in headlights.

I bought a job lot of these of Amazon a while back when i had the same problem. Removed the old ones which were rock solid and stuck the new ones to the cap on the rear of the headlamp with double sided tape. All condensation was gone within a couple of weeks.

TAKATA airbags failure, has anyone talked to Honda?

Got the letter a while back, took it in one Saturday Morning - done and dusted in an hour and i could't even tell the dash had been off. Simples. They even tried to sell me an S2000 while I waited. 2004 with 11,000 original miles sounded very tempting.
