I updated post and put more parts numbers I had and correct ones for disc and pad not to confuse anyone with wrong ones I used.
Guide pins bolt was too long/thread in guide pin too short and had to use washer under bolt to make it tight.
Everything was perfect fit, pictures here

Just did some check, and looks like only bigger slide pin is paired with cardone bracket in question.
So is it that with 25mm disc you need to mill the bracket to make it center, but with 28mm TSX disc and bracket should be 100% bolt on?
I was looking at 45251-TA1-A01 (Euro R/TSX) disc, which should be 300*28mm with 64.2mm center at least in brembos 09.B621.10 picture, did you mean CH1 disc was 70mm center?
Well I just ordered those brackets with Legend install kit and those bigger slider pins in picture, pretty sure I got it right crossmatching numbers, but both pins are easily available if I got it wrong.
