Hi, I know this thread is old, but just in case anybody encounters the problem I had, the front head restraints come out when u turn the holders anti clock wise. I used a nose player to do the job, they are really tight.

Hi, thanks for the reply. But I cant get to the boot through the back seats as I think the cable to set them loose is accessed through the boot. But I will need to look if I can somehow stick a long wire and then pull the cord. Thanks a lot for the idea.
