Had my mechanic look at it, definitely DMF issue. Knocking has not returned since but can still feel it a little in clutch pedal. He said to keep driving it, if it deteriorates any further to go back to him but it could be fine for a long time...if I can live with it! Costly fix!!

did you get your clutch flywheel problem sorted?
