I've just spoken to my mechanic and he is telling me to purchase a new oil pressure pipe with the turbo, are these main dealer only ??

I get smoke on a cold start, mainly white smoke.

Hi all, Hope all is well! Cars been doing well, hitting 170k, but......... Just recently, when i accelerate i get a delay in power (hesitation???) the car starts to move, then after a few seconds the power kicks in. I was reading this thread, is it the same problem?? link below...

greased both driveshafts according to the diagrams, driveshafts were already greased with no sign of rust, and this made no difference to the knocking !

inner tie rods made no difference. greased driveshafts, no difference. very strange!

My mechanic popping over tonight, will ask him to check driveshaft and get some grease/oil in there see if it helps, will post back. keep the updates coming as this is a very very common problem with the accord.
