Adam, they won't work on your car. completely different harness... CJ tried to do this a while back and gave up for that reason, 2.4 auto Accords have auto self levelling within the wiring harness... just stick to 4300k kit! :)

Gauge set is just 5 screws and one plug, just swap over thats all. just make sure you get one for a Accord diesel prior 2006...

how old is the cars actual battery? what year is your car? could be fully charged but still a weak battery, new battery may fix this problem. unlocking with the key whilst the alarm is on will work and the alarm is normal to sound, unlocking with the key is there just incase alarm stops working...
