Personally I wouldn't use threadlock on a nut that needs to be removed from time to time - it's just storing trouble up for later!

The tester will only object if there's serious deterioration in the bushes or something could become detached, not just if there's a little bit of movement.

I think you can only get the 55 profile on 16 inch wheels not 17 inch. You can get 94/XL/reinforced 205/55/16s, there are a few of them on the Blackcircles website. I've had both and the 16s are definitely a nicer ride.

Yup, and you'll need a 36mm socket to get the hub nut off, and a big hammer to separate the lower ball joint. Apart from that just normal socket set stuff.

Yes the clamp definitely fits but not the housing. One or both the terminals (can't remember exactly) is the smaller Japanese size but it should come with post adapter(s).

Honda put a drain hole in the wheel well but it gets blocked from underneath and is difficult to see. So they must have anticipated some 'natural' leakage.
