    Battery light on and off

Are you sure the alternator belt is tight? Have you had the battery properly tested?

    Battery light on and off

Sounds like a sticky regulator as mentioned above. I would give the alternator a few light taps with the end of a screwdriver when the warning light comes up. Other than that, definitely take off all the earth points, clean up with sandpaper or dremel then retry. Is the alternator still on...

    Wheel Bearing noise

^Good tyres. I would change the bearing if it was me. And do both sides. Decent branded ones otherwise you will be doing them again very soon. Its not a hard job to do. Just take your time and clean rust off any bits you see as you go.

    Wheel Bearing noise

Sometimes it has to be under load for the noise to be clear. Its not that bad of a job to change them and not too expensive either. If you suspect one side has gone, you might as well do both while you are there. Just get decent branded ones, avoid cheapo ebay ones.

    Gen 8 Aircon Problem

Okay. Some machines do a fast refill and do not fully test for tightness. I would take it back and ask them to do it again but tell them you want them to do a vacuum hold test on it. They should know how to do this on the refilling machine.
