Yeah that's what put me off the smaller android units that fit the same as the displays. The best thing about using the raspberry pi is you can use a slimline screen and fit in that location.

The Delta alloys on mine are 18", I'm guessing they'll be slightly harder than 17" but I've only ever ran them as car came with them and only replaced them with a refurbished set so can't compare. If Honda offered them I can't see 18" affecting things massively as long as you fit right size...

Previous owner of my car had fitted an aftermarket dpf didn't last very long. I would just get it removed, in fact I did and never had an issue since.

Couldn't you remove the fog lights from there shrouds and swap them and just use the old shroud with the new fog light ***embly? No experience with the Mk7 so apologies if there is a reason this isn't possible.
