    how to get revs?

You would be better off lowering vtec engagement if you want vtec for longer. If you do want higher revs then it gets very expensive.. You will also need alot of head work to be done... Springs, retainers, seats, guides.. Also porting to allow more flow. That goes alot with ballanced cams...

    how to get revs?

What has given you the idea to change the rocker arms, Rods, pistons and cams? I would only change the stock rods and pistons if going FI. Cams can safely be done using std engine internals. What is your aim for these mods? Please dont think im being harsh im just hoping that your not just...

    how to get revs?

Good point superman. Indeed the usdm does have a different crank!. Im so used to the chaps on the S2k forum re sleeving the blocks after a misshap ( dropped valve normally) and going for an oversides piston on the same crank.. Effectively giving them a 2.2l engine but with the stock ukdm crank.

Oil leak on Honda tourer 2.2 CDTi 2004

Ok i didnt actually mean the oil pump itself. But you can see an oil return feed below the housing and that is where the oil pump chain is located.

    Lightweight alloy wheels

Un-sprung mass is vastly different to sprung mass. Removing 1 kg ofunsprung mass equates to around 4kg of sprung mass. The. Due to reducing rotational mass increases the reduction further. If you have a bike wheel.. Spin the wheel whilst holding on to the spindle.. Now try and 'turn' the...

The turbo on on the accord is notoriously whistly when cold due to the VNT (variable nossel turbo) although it should quieten down when the engines warm

    going limp

 i love your thread ***le! First things first: do you have a GENUINE honda fuel filter fitted? If not this is your first port of call (and i would put money down on this being the fault)

Replacing injector seal, can I DIY it?

No mate... Do not use a copy filter.. Its been tried and tested FAR too many times. We are not being honda *****s when we say stick to OEM fuel filter... Non genuin filters cause nothing but problems

If you havent changed the fuel filter yet... This would have been the first thing i would have done before running tje car again. Petrol in a diesel system is bad news

    Lightweight alloy wheels

Ok.. But on a 17" x 7" in gloss black it says they are £516 with ET50... Or £555 with ET45. So they are over your budget. But yes they would be ok on the accord

    Lightweight alloy wheels

Hi there. I dont want to sound rude but £400 for light weight alloys isnt enough. Most light weight wheel sets will cost upwards of £1000 new. You may be able to pick up a used set from ebay.. But have you factored in tyre cost afterwarda too?
