    5.9 litres?

Torque steer is commonly due to tyres. Has Bridgestones re050 and torque steer was like hell. I have michelins now and it completely disappeared

I bought it because it has a "programmed" bend in all it's length and it's quite flexible. I will try it tomorrow.

That would be cool. Either way, I ended up buying some Tesa stuff, for garage doors, lol. 15 euro, worth a try. Similar to this one. http://www.northshorecommercialdoor.com/16gadobosewe.html Haven't installed it yet.

    5.9 litres?

I wouldn't bother too much about it. I measured every litre I put in the engine the last time I changed the oil and I can tell you it was more than 6 litres. As long as it keeps it inside and it's on the right level on the dipstick in cold, don't worry.

Magnetic sump plug and transmission drain plug

Same here. Probably nothing to worry about, but once the plug is there, can't do any harm.

    Fault codes p16a2 and p16a4

Both codes seem to be ECU related (ENGINE CONTROL MODULE (ECM) INTERNAL CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION). Maybe someone can confirm this. Probably a voltage surge or something caused by your first try at starting it. Let's hope so. ;)

    Help - Dealer overfilled oil

Just had the same situation a few days ago. I removed the excess oil with a gardening tube that fitted the dipstick orifice and attached a trigger spray head and started squeezing. Good luck.

Thanks! Don't worry about the shipping. I'll pay you the rubber trim + half of the shipping as soon as you know the price. When the package arrives to you, kindly send it to me (normal air package, to keep it cheap) and tell how much it was. I won't disappoint your trust I've measured the...

Yes, a few screws should do it. I meant that the shipping costs are expensive. Sufian, if you don't mind, you could order one for me too. That way we could split the shipping costs. Well, at least if you were kindly willing to send it to me afterwards.

What a coincidence. lol Just been looking at these and find them quite nice. And they happen to "warn" you about high curbs, when parking and stuff. But on the other hand they're a bit expensive. It's a matter of looking for some rubber strips on construction stores or something.

    DIY - Diesel Oil Service

Some of you may know I recently had the timing chain and injectors replaced by Honda. The problem was that they have topped up the oil level a bit too much. It was a good 10mm above the top mark in the oil stick. Had to remove more than a half a litre! Pretty simple and cheap. Grab some...

    Noisy or Rattling timing chain

It's all so smooth and quiet. Just got it back from the dealer. Got the injectors replaced too and had the 120k km service done. I'm happy!

    Noisy or Rattling timing chain

The way I see it, in the cases where warranty does not apply, Honda should replace the injectors for free, when damaged. Being a design flaw or a injector part problem, that should be the right thing to do. It's basically a part that gets damaged when servicing another. Sorry Honda.
