My car are 150000miles,and probably still with the same dampers.Last year I put eibach springs on oem dampers,and till now dampers are ok.You can put koni sport dampers with eibach springs.Go to check your dampers in garage,maybe they still fine,and just need to buy springs.

So just diference,that last longer.Do you know Bret,how much cost fitted and aligned?

Are you tryed disconect imrc valve?I saw,that you changed.Are you put new valve?

Recomendation for ictdi are 0w 30.You can damage your chain.

Damo,you can put in the chanel iodine.It's really works well.My two injectors was completly stuck.Two garages tryed pull out with special pulling tool and can't.One mechanic said that I must put iodine overnight.And next mornig his took out.
