Sorry for late reply don't get on much. Ride is what you set it at. Contrary to belief you don't have to have it rock hard and no it doesn't rattle or knock at all. I've got it set a bit softer than my wife's type r Handles like its on rail in corners on flat roads and also on country lanes...

You can get the lip spoiler for the std bumper but another option is the sport bumper as in my sig pic You get full bumper painted and on offer at the moment or they were a month ago at only about £150 ish normally I think over £1000

You'll find these tend to lift with heat. You can get more 3m tape but generally it'll go again Only 100% way to stop it is tiger seal

I had four different spoiler on my 7th gen, testing :D If genuine one it has two bolts and 3m tape so if you remove the spoiler you'll be left with two holes. I got round the problem buy buying another black boot from salvage yard in the colour of my car for peanuts but you'll unfortunately...
