    Fuel Injector Seal Kit

It's probably cheaper to go directly to Honda. You only need the top and bottom o-rings.

Steering rack leak - Is there a repair kit?

I have a steering rack leak on my 6th gen Accord. I'm still not sure where the leak is, but I suspect that is from the seal on the shaft that connects to the steering column. Do you guys know if there is any repair kit for this steering rack? By what I understood, Honda doesn't provide such kit...

    Shock absorbers

Most of the bushes have been replaced recently. I never had problems with seized bolts. In Portugal we don't have the rust problem you have in the UK ;-)

    Shock absorbers

Actually the Bilsteins are a bit cheaper than the KYB, and they include some extra stuff that the KYB ones don't include (at least in the pictures...): https://www.autodoc.co.uk/bilstein/631729 https://www.autodoc.co.uk/kyb/828580 saj: do you consider they were similar to the stock ones or...

    Shock absorbers

My 6th gen Accord has a leaking front shock absorber, which I will replace in a near future. I have been looking at what brands are available for this model, and have narrowed it to KYB, SACHS and BILSTEIN. These are all about the same price (70/80 € each). Honda ones are about double the...

    Heater resistor location?

Ignore my comment. At first, I thought it was used to generate heat, but not. It is used to control the speed of the blower unit: https://www.autoblog.com/2016/01/08/symptoms-of-a-bad-or-failing-heater-blower-motor-resistor/

    Heater resistor location?

Does it have a heater resistor? Always thought the heat was from the engine refrigeration liquid.

    water temp gauge

Check you thermostat. I had to replace mine a couple of years ago. Also notice that the engine has two water temperature sensors, one to control the engine, and another to control water temperature gauge.

Distributor adjustment - is it possible?

No. It pivots around the center of the distributor. Around the part that goes into the cylinder head.

Distributor adjustment - is it possible?

Also found this forum thread: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/forum/general-tech-help-7/hitachi-vs-tec-distributors-they-swappable-17045/ It seems there are 2 types of distributors, the TEC which as 3 bolts and HITACHI, which as 2 bolts. It looks the that its not possible to adjust the base...

Distributor adjustment - is it possible?

Actually that makes sense, but I am still not convinced. It seems that these distributors are not made...

Distributor adjustment - is it possible?

There is no such mechanism. According to the following video, there is only 1° of adjustment. It's not the same engine, but the distributor is identical. https://youtu.be/tClG5L8ekdw

Distributor adjustment - is it possible?

There are no more bolts, only those 2. According to the repair manual, we should loosen the 2 mounting bolts and turn it either way to adjust the timing. But since one of the holes is round, I will not be able to turn it. Right? You replaced the entire distributor or only the distributor...

Distributor adjustment - is it possible?

Hello everyone, I am about to replace the distributor in my 1.8 year 2000 Accord, since it's leaking oil from the internal oil seal. I was thinking that I would have to adjust the distributor with a timing light in order to adjust the ignition timing. At least that's what is described in the...

    Weird power steering leak

I still had no chance to take a good look at it. I will have to get under the car while someone is steering the wheels and try to find the leak. I also suspect there is a problem in the PS pipe.
