Not necessarily bud no. Some fuel additives are quite mild where as others can be really strong and work very quickly. Each to their own of course but personally I like using additives, the better ones that is.

Another little concern on my newly acquired Accord gents is the radiator fans seem to be coming on a bit more than cars I've had previously. The temp gauge never reaches half way and there's plenty of coolant in the header tank so it all looks ok yet a few times now I've noticed I've arrived...

Thing that comes to mind with me is, do you really need to lock the car with the dog inside? Is the dog not a deterrent enough? I don't know anything about the Accord car alarms but I'm wondering if you locked it by turning the key in the door lock instead of using the remote maybe that would work?
