    Help with clutch issue

Hi, The same thing happened to me, although I replaced it myself. The clutch master cylinder/clutch pedal can be adjusted, which will influence the pedal height as well as the point where the clutch starts to "bite". Go back there and explain them the situation. Tell them the pedal needs to be...

No fix for that. The only solution is replace it. If you do that, you might as well replace the clutch...

I suspect that must be the clutch release bearing. Mine is like that for a while :P

6th gen power steering pipe replacement info please

Hi, IIRC, a while ago, there was a guy (not sure if it was here) who had a similar problem on accord or civic(can't remember). If I am not wrong, that guy did an awesome job. He removed the lower beam, removed the rust, painted everything, including the power steering rack. For the hose, he...

    Replacing leaking crank seal

It's not that hard to replace, you just have to be patient and time. This is a great guide to follow, it's basically the same, although they don't replace the seals: http://honda-tech.com/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/how-replace-timing-belt-timing-balancer-belt-water-pump-f22b1-1908944/ About the...

    Replacing leaking crank seal

I am quite sure the engine does not need to come out to replace the timing belt. I have my self changed mine a couple of years ago and there is lots of space to work... Still, I think 150£ is not that bad for labour work, it takes some time to get there...

    4 wheel tracking?

Can and should! Otherwise you can be wasting your tires and fuel.... Besides that, there is the security issue, if it's not properly aligned, the car is not as stable/safe as it should be... Edit: Still, I would not go in the talks of that guy: You should properly align the car, but using the...

    Front lower ball joint. Replaceable?

Yeah, I am sure they can be replaced. Don't get cheap parts for stuff like this, they will go bad in an instant. I recommend Lemforder or Meyle parts, they are the best. Take a look at these guys, they sell them...

replacing Lambda Sensor? Hard work/ DIY ?

Don't know how things work in the UK, but in Portugal, LPG installers have to be certified by a governmental agency. Even though, there are lots of guys which don't have a clue of what they are doing.... Then, there are occasions, where even the best of the best are unable to fix some LPG...

replacing Lambda Sensor? Hard work/ DIY ?

Ok, let's hope the installer is correct and did the job right and that the new Lambda solves your problems. It's quite easy to replace, but as already stated, it could be quite stucked/rusted...

replacing Lambda Sensor? Hard work/ DIY ?

Humm, I smell something fishy... That's too much of a coincidence... I also have LPG on my Accord and I have read lots and lots about the topic. If you had no CEL light prior to the LPG install, and after the install it came on, I bet that your kit is not properly tuned and the lambda sensor is...

replacing Lambda Sensor? Hard work/ DIY ?

Careful with "universal" lambda sensors. Stick with Honda, or as an alternative, use an NGK/NTK, they work as good as the Honda ones ;-)

Gareth: I completely understand your point of view, but I would never do it B) Any way, back to serious things, the head unit uses an external GPS antenna, or it just uses it's internal "receiver/antenna"? I wonder if there will be signal issues if using only the internal antenna. Also, how...

will front oxygen sensor from accord 2.3 work on a accord 2.0

I am not sure, but suspect they are incompatible... Check if the part numbers are the same: http://www.lingshondaparts.com/honda_car_parts_catalogue_C01.php You could buy one from NGK/NTK, it's the only ones that I trust to put in a Honda. I installed one a couple of years ago in my 1.8 and...
