just a tip grease the mechanism or lubricate the visible areas already greased it just congeals with age "WARNING" when removing trim or dismantling the seat belt mechanism be very very careful :unsure: most of them will contain explosives and it can easily take your eye out or worse :o

hi m8y from the looks of it, you may be to late for that :unsure: i would take all the caps off and flush it out with alcohol solution, but compressed air would be ok ;) Also it should be part of Honda dealer corrosion checks and I've made a few claims against Honda on behalf of customers...
