    Service Manual Woes

I've resorted to using a xp sp3 vm install to get it running, no amount of messing around in ie or edge or even with emulator modes got me anywhere on win10

    Stalling - 2008 mk7 2.2 cdti

you're on the right track with the pressure warning - don't be too concerned with it, I've had learner drivers in both my wagon and my gf's sedan and they both throw a low oil pressure warning on a stall on some toyotas, a crank pos error will trigger if the car fails to start after several...

    Auto levelling HID's

if the replacement rod part is costly, you can fabricate your own using hardware store rod end/angled ball joints and threaded rods to match stock length. it will likely outlast stock if you're willing to smear some grease on it from time to time "smarter" cars with faulty tow mode sensing/rear...

    Smashed window, how to replace

for the shards you can't get out, because there will inevitably be some inside the door(s) stuck behind reinforcements or down where the outer skin is wrapped around the inner, best case scenario it is ground into a fine dust over time, worst case scenario it dents your door skins from the...

    Headlights

the ball on the adjuster rod can jump out of its socket on the shroud, you can check this through the high beam dust cap and then trace the center axis through the adjuster motor into the housing. you will be able to re-insert it without taking the lamp out other possible offenders... bulb...

    Front Suspension bush - Inside

from experience, the horizontal bushing and bolt tend to seize together and make the whole operation a lot less seamless than it ought to be, but you can squeeze a vise grip in there. just.

    wheels

edit: just realized you've got an 8th gen so this may all be invalid they will stick out, I had to roll my fenders for 8j et35 and they would still rub the liner from time to time. at 19 inches you also have less sidewall to play with for tucking the tire shoulder in with stretch it can be done...

Looking for good quality car mats

my oem rubber mats have survived 13 norwegian winters with grit, salt, snow and other forms of neglicence, might be worth a shot the only aftermarket brand I like is unidec but they lean more towards the rubber/plastic hybrid range and I can't say for certain that rhd options are available

    Programming keys

a dummy key can be cut by anyone but the transponder chip is locked to honda or anyone who pays honda for a key db license/diagnostics license for immo coding. many reputable places do this cheaper than honda themselves it depends on the type of key ofc,, but prices usually start around the £90...

    2.2 I-CTDI Management Light/Hesitation/Non-starting

belt off and let the compressor flop on the side, no biggie it may not be the end of the world! experienced the same thing with a rail pressure sensor on a citroen, 24 stock 27 replacement /shrug

    2.2 I-CTDI Management Light/Hesitation/Non-starting

for £30 I would take my chances, it's that or another used rail unless you can pinpoint a culprit elsewhere :/ if you search 16610-RBD-E01 which is the rail oe number, the relief valve pops up under the bosch part number 1 110 010 018 and has references to the rail oe number on a few sites...

    2.2 I-CTDI Management Light/Hesitation/Non-starting

the bosch number overlaps across i-ctdi and i-dtec engines so I would ***ume so, but it's difficult to discern as the valve was sold as part of the rail as far as I can tell from diagrams on lings https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/133843528737?hash=item1f29b22c21:g:hH4AAOSwildfxkvX

    2.2 I-CTDI Management Light/Hesitation/Non-starting

I would think it would be seen mostly when giving it the beans, so it doesn't quite fit no was the fuel rail new or used? I ask because starting issues have been attributed to sticking/faulty relief valves in the rail

    2.2 I-CTDI Management Light/Hesitation/Non-starting

if there are no leaks on the filter or housing, could it be the sock-like pickup filter/strainer in the tank getting clogged up by running the tank low? if it is, it will deny proper flow to filter and consequently pump and rail and cause symptoms much like a clogged fuel filter if it was a pipe...

What have you done to your Accord lately?

you're not dealing with massive amounts of pressure on an egr cooler so I'm sure it'll hold up just fine without the flared bit, but I would probably prefer an ordinary hose clamp over a spring loaded type. good stuff
