Hi guys & girls. Can someone check for me and let me know if when you lock your car or switch off the ignition does your dash clock stay on or does it go off with the ignition? I'm trying to wire in a clock from the same year 2.0 but can only get a live that doesn't save the time.

Hmmmm that's true. I think the skirts and bump strips will be able to be sprayed in situ but the handles and mirrors may have to come off

Hahaha ok, I've studied the pictures and instructions and so with both lock nuts loose I turn the push rod clock wise to lower the bite point?

That's true yes but I would like to at least paint the skirts and bump strips on the doors white.

1.8 partially de badged. Booked in tomorrow to get an aftermarket back box fitted. Not sure which lowering springs to get. I'm going to paint the side skirts and door trim and get some colour coded door mirror covers.

Ok so this has probably been covered somewhere but my clutch bite point is about 2/3 way up the pedal and I wanted to lower it abit so it's bites further down. Did I read right that on the clutch pedal you remove a locking pin and wind the rod? Which way do I wind and what should I be looking for?

Right mate so I've just done the test. Engine running and air-con off the pulley spins free. Engine running and air-con on, the pulley has resistance but still rotates with my fingers. Do you think it's fine and maybe just a bad belt?

I did the clutch fluid first, just got my syringe with a bit of tube on the end a ducked as much as I could out then filled it back up, pumped the pedal a few times, emptied it again and did that procedure a few times till it stayed relatively clean. The power steering was near enough the same...
