I installed a plug and play system from Aliexpress with car play. Since you've got EX, you have dual climate, so the top 2 green cables are for the AC/heating unless I'm mistaken.

I do have an aftermarket CarPlay stereo, but the parking sensors were working even after I installed it.

I will be attempting to replace the parking sensor control unit and will see if that fixes it.

I'm not sure which connections you mean? The car plays audio fine for the radio and everything else.
