I've seen a few mk6 pre facelift with front a rear skirts. Do these fit the facelift bumpers? Because I've seen a silver accord ay local scrappy with the skirts on. I just wondered if it would be worth removing? Joe

Went to the scrappy today and got a new handle. Fitted easily.

Found the problem. The handle has snapped. What a pain.

The passenger front door handle has stopped opening the door. It still opens from the inside though. Any ideas? Thanks Joe

I don't use it because of the octane rating. I get better mpg with it. I've not used BP ultimate yet. I think I'll give it a go.

Since I've owned my Mk6 I've only ever run it on vpower. Mine stalled twice as well. I think you're right with the car having to learn again along with maybe some carbon breaking up in the manifold and being sucked in.

Mine is a hatch. Fits both I believe.

Same old story with dealers mate. Clean the sensors and maybe try the egr plate clean process. I did and it made a world of difference. Change all the filters, use a high quality correct oil and put some decent spark plugs in. Check the ignition leads, dizzy cap and the rotor arm also.

Give it a good service. That always does some good regardless.

I get 40-42 mpg with vpower. Mines a 1.8.
