    2006 Accord double DIN install

Judging by other people's results your going to be better off buying an adapter to fit the unit in the cubbyhole underneath the standard stereo/ac controls.

    Hft fix

Sounds silly but I think you have to actually tell it to speak English iirc. Try pressing the speech button and shouting "english" or "change language english" in whichever language it's stuck in. You might have to do it repeatedly in Spanish and/or English. Try "Cambiar el idioma inglés" at...

125k service, what do they do?

Forgot to mention - the week my mother passed away, obviously had to take time off work. Left my recently purchased prelude with the Honda dealership for the cambelt, rear calipers and discs etc. Received a phone call from the poor young thing on reception nervously telling me one of the...

125k service, what do they do?

Whilst working at Honda I had both my prelude and integra. No problem having the techs work on them because I could be in the workshop under the cars with them and the majority of them were work mates. It was lovely being able to get the parts off the shelf then bung the tech 50 sheets or so to...

125k service, what do they do?

Having worked at a local dealer I can tell you the "pdi" and road tests were more like a rallycourse. There were records set in certain models around notorious bends etc.

    Front and rear wheel bearings

When I first picked up mine a few years back it had a mis/shapen wanli tyre or similar. Made a noise akin to sticking a deck of playing cards on the front wheel of a pushbike as a child!

    Strange Whining/Grinding Noise When Starting

Sounds like the ring gear grinding maybe? Have you tried putting it in first, hand brake off then rocking the car forward then jump back in, neutral and start? If it's making a noise like a fox barking (sorry closest thing I could think of!) then yes it probably wants a starter

    Induction help please

Yes there one of the few sites that seem to stock bits for our accords in the U.K. The icebox has a fairly decent write up so could be a good option. I would still go down the diy route rather than paying for the short ram. Same result - far less money Those quads look like a hoot
