    Passenger Power Window & Mirror not working.

    Before trying to remove the board completely, try cleaning the gold plated pads on the board where the window switch makes contact- worked for me.

    Clock an hour out on 2.2 i-DTEC EX GT with navigation

    Just noticed today that my clock is an hour fast. Checking the GPS Information page, clock is correct but date is showing 19th May 2002. Looks like this erroneous date (it's January 2nd) is causing it to adjust to BST on the radio display. Any ideas?

    Power Folding Mirrors

    Does the passenger window go down? This, the passenger mirror and the power tailgate are all controlled by the passenger side window switch circuit board. Prise up the trim, clean all contacts and reassemble.

    Sorry to hijack old thread - if blanking off EGR (had remap done already), would you recommend two blanking plates, one at each end? Pipe is not split but that doesn't mean it won't in future and presumably would create an intake leak if I've only blocked exhaust manifold end. And how do you...

    If you go the route of a caliper rebuild (new piston, seal and boot), be warned that it's a pig to get the new boot seated inside the rim of the caliper and over the new piston. Tip: cable tie the boot to the piston as close as you dare to the closed end of the piston, then wriggle the boot into...

    Rear tailgate issue .. need wiring diagram please

    If tailgate not working and nor is passenger window or left hand folding mirror, the fault is with the circuit board in the passenger door below the electric window switch. Mine just needed stripping and cleaning with contact cleaner. Doesn't sound like the fault in this case but may help someone.
