Hi Mart, That is most likely this camber issue. Get a proper four wheel alignment done (not just the two-wheel "tracking"). After I got mine done the camber was still out a little but the tyres aren't wearing as bad. Might be best to try this before changing the link arms.

It might or might not be related to the low oil. Does it change with change in revs or is it constant? Can you hear it when idling? Any idea where its coming from?

It could be. They should have changed the valve as well as the tyre. Is it slow? A soapy solution might show if theres any leaks, or take it back and ask them to check for leaks.
