Sorry mate, basic rule: it's vtec, not v-tec or vtech or whatever. Second thing, k20 is never a type S. Type S came with K24 or N22 engines (last one with 180bhp) ;)

I've been told you need NTSC. So I bought a NTSC and it works perfect!

I can't imagine this being plug and play. With the same swap in the ek civic 96-00, you had to replace even the whole blower unit and interior wire harness. I wouldn't underestimate it ;)
