The higher the tyre pressure the less of a contact patch you have iirc, I wouldn't run over the recommended pressure for the load you're carrying as it could be detrimental to your handling/braking when you need it most...

Just search tailored car mats in google, there's a few places that do them. Or punch 'tailored car mats accord' into eBay, I got a set for my Civic for £15 and they weren't bad at all. Or get some of the boy racer universal ones from Halfords, I still have a set of those with a stainless steel...

It lives!! The Valeo alternator was an awful fit, but with some modifications it's finally in. The Accord is off to my parents house tomorrow though, won't see it again until they move to the farm they bought I doubt :(

Right, I tried to tackle this job over the last couple of days. All I can say is what a f****ng ball ache. There is s***t all access as the alternator is on the back of the engine and is blocked by the drive shaft, subframe, air box and chassis leg :angry: The help I had wasn't much use either...
