    Clutch Master Cylinder - Accord 2009 2.2 i-dtec type s Saloon

Good work and write-up, hopefully the noise will stay away and your master cylinder will be fine. Just wondering though how on earth any garage would go about getting master cylinder off if ever needing replaced. I can actually see the mechanics at Honda having a hard time with this as I...

    Clutch Master Cylinder - Accord 2009 2.2 i-dtec type s Saloon

It's the left nut that we are looking to get off in order to get the pedal ***embly out to get to the top spring so we can lubricated the the bushings were the spring pivots. This is the only part I've not been able to lubricate due to access but can't get the left mounting nut off that...

Clock an hour out on 2.2 i-DTEC EX GT with navigation

This happened to me the other day 2.2 idtec. I changed daylight saving setting and it threw it out by another hour so I managed to offset the time to get it to show correct by using the manual adjustment setting. However I noticed that with a destination set in the nav that the arrival time was...

    Front driver side water leak

I've been watching this guy and he has similar problem but with a Lexus but his method for locating leak should be universal I would think. He had two leaks one in the boot at start of video and the other leak is like what you are describing which is covered second in the vid, worth a watch...

    Anyone know what this is?

I've got lkas on mine and the sensor is directly behind the badge. The badge is also different from standard, it doesn't have open gaps between the chrome work. It is encased in clear plastic. This thing in my crappy picture is black with 2 holes, I'm thinking an aftermarket camera with lens in...

    Honda parts

I'm a current owner of an 8th gen and ive noticed a few discontinued parts on Honda parts website. Things like certain dash bulbs I've been looking for as well as various parts I don't need are marked as discontinued. I've noticed some of the bulbs that I need are marked as discount parts so...

    Air Con Woes

Not much of a specialist if he's thrown in the towel. Could the low side rubber hose maybe of collapsed inside causing blockage? That's how it looks from what he and yourself have said and I'm no specialist lol

    Park brake sensor diagnosis

When the switch brass coloured plate is touching the other metal it effectively shorts to ground as the handbrake metal structure is bolted to car body which is ground from what I can see. This will then illuminate dash light. So it looks as though in the right picture when you switch ignition...

    Clutch Master Cylinder - Accord 2009 2.2 i-dtec type s Saloon

I attempted to remove clutch pedal yesterday and was halted as couldn't get access to left mounting nut which secures the pedal ***embly as well as the master cylinder. The right mounting nut and top bolt seem to be easy enough. Anybody got any tips on how to get pedal out? My honda worktop...

    Clutch Master Cylinder - Accord 2009 2.2 i-dtec type s Saloon

If it's more like a creaking noise than a squeaking noise then it could be the spring mechanism at top of clutch pedal high up that's impossible to get to and grease. I'm hoping to remove the whole clutch pedal tomorrow in order to get to the spring to clean and re-grease. I've always noticed...
