Guys, Would you clean the inside of your car ie dash and doors etc with Mr Sheen or not?

update, took it to honda and the mechanic drove it and within a minute said its the driveshaft out of balance thats causing the vibration, so i agreed to have the driveshaft and the half shaft replace. Well been driving it for a couple of days now and its been very smooth but i have noticed...

The Reason was that the ball joint snapped, it took the passenger side drive shaft out the gear box, replaced that, all is fine that side but the driver side is now playing up...

yeah did that yesterday with my mates type s all 4 wheels changed but still the problem persists, will get to the bottom of this soon

Don't Know mate, but I'm ruling dmf out as this only happened after the drive shaft was fitted

ok guys, the update, the car was diagnosed by honda as needing a half shaft, so i bought one from the salvage yard which was £100 but it also included the driveshaft, one piece. It was on a 54 honda accord with 39000 rear end damage so it was guaranteed working. The garage fitted the driveshaft...

Don't Know for sure, but I've booked it with honda...see what they say...

Ok so I took the salvage yard driveshaft and output shaft back, the guy was ok gave all my money back, thank god..so I buy a new motor factors driveshaft and they fix the original output shaft into gearbox with the new driveshaft, took it for a drive and the steering wheel vibrates...

yeah i think so too, as i said i got a salvage drive shaft and the output shaft was tight, no play but the driveshaft itself could be faulty as i was getting the vibration through the steering wheel, may keep the output shaft and get a new driveshaft and attach that to it...

Guys, I have already got advice from Fahad but can some of you also confirm the problem. My driver side half shaft or gearbox shaft call it what you want, the shaft that comes out the gearbox then attaches to the driveshaft, has play in it and I was wondering is this normal or should it be...

yeah your right mate, just googled it and if it was condensation it would burn away quickly. I get no clutch slip, biting point is very low, im a bit baffled on this one, im maybe also thinking engine mounts???? its got 135k on the clock... i will defo get the clutch fluid changed though...

When The driveshaft broke from the gearbox side oil was leaking from there so it could be that like 93 accord says gear oil leak onto clutch but I hope it sorts itself out or else am I looking at a new clutch??

Not Yet andy, gonna hopefully get it done tomorrow, could that really cause the judder when moving off???

mechanic says drive shaft is ok suggested maybe clutch judder as it's cold weather....not sure if that is the case...

Yeah Sorry, tried that, but it still shakes/judders, it's hard to describe but it's like when you approach a roundabout and are in a high gear and the car starts to judder, I recently had a new driveshaft put in could it be that? Only does it at low revs pulling off....

Ok Il try topping up the brake fluid see if that helps!

Guys, Just noticed only today, when pulling off in first gear theres a slight judder, only happens in first gear though, any ideas what it can be??? Thanx...
