The clutch is perfectly fine though, pulls well in all gears.

Whenever the clutch pedal is not pressed there is thick ticking sound that can be heard outside the car. If I tap slightly on the clutch it goes away. Anybody know what that is?

Yes. We jacked the car up and there was no play in the wheel. Only wobbles when you drive it.

Thanks. Strange, becasue according to mintex website this is the right part number. Even the rear discs were wrong, 4 stud instead of 5. pain in the backside returning these.

Only happens between 60-70mph. Anything below or above that and it seams fine. n/s rear wheel bearing needs replacing but I doubt it would cause steering to wobble? Any suggestions?

Bought myself 2.4 Type S today, what a beauty :) It did came with some problems. Central locking doesn't seem to apply to the drivers door. It closes fine, but won't open together with the other doors. When pressing down the clutch pedal it squeaks like an old spring bed. Any suggestions?

I bought once injector cleaner to put in with fuel, on instructions it said to use it 4 times with full tank. I had half tank of fuel and my friend mechanic put everything in and said it was fine. Just ran through that tank of fuel, no problems at all.

Then I better get busy :P
