If you set your temperature to HI or press the Screen Demist button I think it sticks the fan on full regardless of the temperature of the coolant, if you have the temp set at say 24 then once the coolant warms up then the fan speeds up and you get the warm air.

Yeah they mainly had Senators but yeah they were monsters 200+bhp straight 6 24v and the dual ram air intake. I only wish I could have kept it but even then 14 years ago it drank more fuel than I could afford to put in it lol but it was serious fun :)

Do the autos still do silly speeds in the gears tho? I had a 24v Carlton GSI many moons ago and that would do near 50mph in 1st and you could almost get an instant ban in 2nd gear ;)

Mines like that but you can only really notice it in headlights at night you have to really kill it in 2nd in daylight to get alot of noticeable smoke but then it seems to clear. I spend most of my time trundling about so i expect a good cloud when it gets booted lol
