Yeah I believe that's what u need to do but without the fans working you will run into problems.

Have a read of this thread http://typeaccord.co.uk/forum/topic/4797-air-conditioning-not-working/ it could be a bad connection on one of those plugs from what Kow says in reply #9 the 3 pin plug has something to do with the fans.

Like brett says check out the diy's as far as I remember you connect the camera +'ve to the reverse light +'ve in the boot, the headunit senses the input from the camera via the rca lead and that switches the monitor over. Anyway its all in the diy's on the forum.

I ***ume he tested the pressure switch to make sure it works? Did you see him short the wires out on it? I would check the connector to it and the wires as that was the problem on my truck the wires had rotted a quick bit of soldering and a new plug and I have a/c again.

Looking good, with the info from Blue Guru all you need to do is work out which wire puts which window up (whether its a + or - feed) and then cut it and join it into the control module and I think thats it????

Try swapping the battery its a good chance its that if its got a dead cell or something it wont hold enough power and your charger would be putting enough voltage in to be able to power the central locking. Like monks said get a multimeter and with car running check the voltage going to the...

There is a good chance that the battery is goosed (can you try another one on it?) if it wasnt charging when the engine was running then you should of had the alternator warning light on.

I think its more a case of poor servicing, using the wrong oil etc thats causing the problems with the chain.

Like Paul says look for the manual online it may even be 1111 there will be a reset option on my old nokia bluetooth car kit you had to hold button down for so long and that performed a factory reset.

All I know is that when the sun comes through the windscreen I can feel the a/c speed and temp change to counteract the heat from the sun but this is because of the dome sensor on the top of the dash.
