Glad it's sorted. I've got one of them air fresheners too. I've tucked mine under the drivers foot well near the air vent, it doesn't interfere with anything down there. Plus you get a nice lemony smell every time you put the heater on. :)

The larger buttons are for the HTF. The smaller buttons behind them are for the voice commands for the stereo/ heater/ satnav etc.

Get the cooling system combustion gas tested that will give you your answer.
