    boost gauge on the diesel would be boring. as we have a nvt max boost would be met almost straight away and it would just stay there until you changed gear

    I have wanted to do this on my diesel accord and mount the gauge in the cubby hole just infront of the gear stick. oil temp can be taken from the sump.. and pressure can be taken from a sandwich plate as commented above. I cant use a SW plate as my oil filter is very different from yours...

    nala... its not a rubber seal... its a metal spacer /shim to correctly gap the injector from the top of the piston. the problem lies where different metals are used in the head... yes it it goes horribly wrong then a new head etc is needed but this I would hope would be a worst case issue. and...

    nala... IIRC Honda actually recalled their injector pulling tool early january this year. apparently this was due to the jig twistingthe head when the slide hammer was used. the problem is, our head is a special ally... its lighter than conventional steel blocks but its also more fragile...

    look for a thread I made a whilst back about an alternator belt /alternator change. I made a video of the noise coming from the alternator before I fixed it :)

    there was no hope in hell of getting an h3 hid in there unless you did some major butchery to the housing unfortunately :( . I would say it was an inch or so too long :( the connectors isn't a problem anyway

    matt. Yes LED's would be for style with limited functionality. You could get night breakers but you need to ensure that you buy the SHORT H3 Bulb.... you can see here the issue i hit when i tried to do the HID conversion (not my picture!!) I just remembered.... try searching for H3C bulbs...

    I tried doing this but there is very limited room and the HID bulbs are too long .. unless you can get short H3 bulbs it won't work

    if you don't mind DIY'ing it... turn your oven up to 80-100c and chuck the again in there for an few hours this will bake out the moisture and you can reuse the bag :)
