Couldn't find the double din fascia for 7th gen. Only single din if you choose that route: http://shop.mobileweb.ebay.com/searchresults?cmd=SREF&pg=1&kw=Accord+metra+kit&fads=1&sort=BestMatch Pricey too:( I have to agree with you that double din would look ace in place of the display;)

    Double DIN Install

Hi, I'm not sure about the canbus issues but this should be a straight forward job. You can use this harness (locally available- not sure): http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem?itemId=360472892077&index=5&nav=SEARCH&nid=66459286732 ...or you will need a double din fascia adapter...

Advice on exhaust and lowering springs

Cat gone- are you absolutely sure??? Had the same problem some years ago and it turned out to be the heat shield! Check again, it could be just loose.

    Eibach 30mm lowering spring

Yes it will shorten the life of your shocks. I would advise getting new shocks like Koni, Bilsten. I fitted Koni adjustables yesterday, they are really good. I can make them soft or firm;)

    From a "Type R" to a "Type S"

Lookin super sharp;) Had my Koni Sports shocks installed today, I think they are really good- set them right & I would say they are better than standard. Koni FSDs are said to be way better than most.

    Twin exhausts

Had mine done a month ago but it was way too loud inside the cabin for my liking making criusing unbearable.I took it back last week and had the back boxes swapped for much quieter ones and it's now much better- still a little louder than standard.

CL7 Premium Sound system - Want to install single DIN

It really depends on what functions you are looking for- Bluetooth/USB, phone connectivity, and how it blends in with the dash. I have this single din: http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/25/121/61/MVH-8300BT/index.html
