Honda have been behind in the petrol engine stakes for a while now. Reliable they maybe, but they haven't been producing new, efficient, petrol engines for the European market.

A garage offered me 4K for my '06 2.2 EX which has 71K. I didn't bother going any further.

I think HONDA supply the part and fit it for 400 quid.

Stage 1 remap on the oem clutch should be fine. Budget for a clutch, but as long as you don't continuously rag it then it will handle 285lbs of torque for a while on the standard clutch.

Sounds like it was a fuel filter problem all along despite the manifold.

Typically around 46mpg which is a combo of motorway and stop-start. Always use v power, best fuel for the Accord, and it pays for itself with the vouchers.

My rears have JBL 100 watts and they transformed the sound quality. The fronts are standard. I'm pretty happy with the bass because of the rears.

Nothing yet. Petrol ones at dealers are hard to come by.

I haven't notice a big issue with the fueling; on the motorway it has been fine with the mpg. Sure, I need to get it done and just seen the kit on ebay. I might purchase the kit and get my local garage to do it at some point.

The front spoiler was loose and it required new brake pads all round. I decided to walk away. I was offered 4k for EX ctdi.

I'm out of the warranty period now. I can live with it for a while.
