Wondered about that...I buy my parts from Lings most times & they show a different style resistor for a 2001...40 quid.

Ken I completed a auto to manual swap on my 1.8 is & used a 2 ltr. 5 sp. gearbox so it must work the other way round...there is only 15 bhp. difference between the 2 engines...should be no problem with the power .

Freddo, how did you convert the the Lings L20 parts list to give you the Honda part no...I,m not great at these computer things...the second parts list no. for the ECU is 37820 PDA E11...not E01 as you have...got one on the bay from Chertsy 30 plus 7 postage.
