Yes please everything works fine apart from no voice when using stanav and Bluetooth

Hi Both my hands free and the satnav dosen't work,meaning when you get a call you don't hear anything from the speakers so is the satnav when its turn on.I have changed the bluethooth control module and still dosen't work . Please any ideas as to what's wrong? Even put it on diagnosis machine...
